Why OYAP?
Gain access to an excellent source of young, enthusiastic and skilled students with strong support systems to ensure success.
Through OYAP, employers can assess students on the job before committing to an apprenticeship.
WSIB coverage is provided by the Ministry of Education during the contract.
Employers are under no obligation to pay students.
OYAP students do not affect apprentice ratios.
